    What Not To Do

    Don’t let multiple days lapse without responding to inbound leads. Don’t give your competition an easier win by being the slowest to respond.

    What To Do

    If you are managing a team, provide a target response time to inbound leads and measure whether that targeted response time is being met or missed. Prioritize leads by ICP and ensure sales and marketing are collaborating to put lead scoring in place as well.

    If you are a rep, block off time each day to ensure that you can respond to leads and clients in a timely manner.
