What To Do

Be clear and concise on the problems you can help solve and how you help. Consider your target audience, personas, their pain points and goals. In your messaging put the spotlight on your target personas and what they care about and the use cases you can help address. Be customer centric, not self-centered. Make it about your prospects and customers and not about your internal jargon, features and functionalities, services and why you are so great.
